Postdoctoral Research focused on the Spectroscopy and Photophysics of Novel Photoreagents

The Kudisch Lab is currently seeking postdoctoral candidates with expertise that spans a variety of skills in photophysics, photochemistry, and pulsed laser spectroscopy. The successful candidate will engage in a range of projects in the Kudisch Lab centered on the application of ultrafast transient absorption spectroscopy, time-domain Raman spectroscopy, and pump-repump-probe spectroscopy to novel photoreagent systems prepared in-house, including at high magnetic fields in collaboration with the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory. A qualified candidate will have experience in photochemistry or photophysics in some form as demonstrated by their stated publication record; a working-level understanding of pulsed laser experimentation for laser spectroscopy is also highly preferred. Only completely filled-out applications will be considered. The position as advertised is for one year with the possibility of renewal.
